The app opens 6 weeks before the event so you can set up a profile, access the full delegate list, and search for people you want to meet. You will be matched to other attendees based on who you want to meet and what you offer. Or, you can browse the entire list of 2500+ attendees and reach out to them directly.

Book 1 to 1 Meetings in Advance

Once your meeting is confirmed, you can book a table in the meeting area so you can easily find each other on the event day. You will also be able to check the agenda, access your meeting schedule, and view the venue map on the go.

As you explore, you can scan the details of people you meet and it will save their contact information quickly and easily. Reconnect and follow up with new leads and connections after the event by downloading their contact information to your database.
